For all Purchases (website orders, wholesale orders, catalog orders, custom orders), the following return policy applies:
Refund or exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product you received has been damaged in transit
- You have received an incorrect product; i.e. the product you received is a different product with a different Item
Number.
- The product you received is significantly different than that advertised online
Refund requests will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Reasonable variations and imperfections in color, size, patterns, decorations, embroidery, mirror work, thread work, stitching, brass inlay, wood inlay, wood work, or any hand work.
- For products that are advertised as “vintage” or “antique”, refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as “theproduct looks old, used, or worn out.”
- The product you received does not match your home décor or design theme.
Tribal
Monsoon products are hand-crafted by artisans in South Asia.
Because of the handmade nature of the Tribal Monsoon collection,
the products may contain variations in color/pattern and imperfections
in making. The imperfections found in handmade products make
the product unique and add to their natural beauty. We
strongly encourage our customers to request additional
information and photographs of our products before final purchase.
How to handle damaged shipments
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must inform our Customer Service team
customerservice@tribalmonsoon.com
within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery. We will process
refund requests for damaged shipments only if informed within
this timeframe. Digital photos will be requested from the
customer to help our professionals assess the damage incurred.
When digital photos are received for your damaged shipment,
we will file aninsurance claim with the shipping company. Because this process is time-consuming, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to process your refund request.
How to handle return and refund requests, other than damaged shipments:
Please email our Customer Service department at customerservice@tribalmonsoon.com with your return/refund request and the reason for your product return, along with digital photos of the product, within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery. We will process your refund request only if informed within this timeframe.
Important Information for all returns/refunds:
If your refund/return request is accepted, you will be responsible for return postage to the return address we provide to you. It will take up to 4-5 weeks to completely process your refund request. Our Customer Service team will make the final decision on whether a refund request is to be accepted or not, based on the evidence and information provided.
